Junior Leasing Broker, Ft. Lauderdale Office

We're currently in the process of hiring a junior leasing broker for our Fort Lauderdale office – below is a summary of required experience and responsibilities.

Required Skills:

  • Driven, persistent, and highly ambitious personality
  • Communication, communication, communication
  • Willingness to learn and grow through both mentorship and failure
  • Prior work experience is preferred (restaurant/grocery store/retail/service industry experience counts!)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market canvasing (driving real estate markets, going into businesses and networking with business owners)
  • Business development (attend networking events, call business owners, attend industry conferences etc)
  • Supporting senior brokers with client management and deal structuring
  • Preparation of LOIs
  • Conducting market research – calling other brokers to gather information
  • Preparation of real estate committee packages
