Chris Barney
Chris is a partner at Trinity Commercial Group and the co-founder/team leader for the South Florida office. He is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a keen focus on the retail and restaurant industries in Florida and the Southeastern US; he has a demonstrated history of success for 15+ years via skillsets such as Tenant Representation, Landlord Leasing Representation, Development, Acquisitions, Dispositions and more. Throughout his career he has represented dozens of national and regional brands as well as multiple well-known developers and shopping center owners.

Born and raised in South Florida, Chris has had the opportunity to watch the real estate landscape evolve, grow, and mature in Florida for several decades now. After graduating from Florida State University in Tallahassee in 2005, he set his eyes on the commercial real estate industry and dove in headfirst never looking back. As a standout athlete throughout his life, Chris has always instinctually desired competitive environments where commitment and teamwork are paramount to success, so his attraction to the real estate business was naturally love at first sight.
Chris is married to his wife Kelly and they have two amazing children, a son named Lincoln (6) and a daughter named Remi (2). He is an avid traveler, adventure junkie and fitness enthusiast who on the weekends can typically be found pacing the sidelines of an athletic field or court living vicariously through Lincoln’s same love for sports.

Tim Schneider
Tim Schneider, Partner at TCG, specializes in site acquisition in the Southwest Florida market for several end users and regional and national developers. Whether it is an outparcel to an anchored shopping center, main street redevelopment, or larger land tracts for mixed-use development, he has done it all.
Born and raised in Fort Myers, Tim has an excellent network of relationships to tap in to as well as firsthand knowledge of what is going on behind the scenes leading to the growth and success of this area. Walt Nelson
Walt Nelson is a founding Partner of Trinity Commercial Group. He brings over 35 years of business and real estate experience to his clients. His specialization is on site acquisition, disposition, ground up retail development and multi-market retail and restaurant tenant representation for local, regional and national clients.
With over 35 years of experience in real estate and financial services, including corporate experience with IBM, Merrill Lynch, and Apple Computer as well as start-up businesses and the unique challenges of those endeavors. Walt Nelson has performed in a variety of capacities including principal, development partner, investment advisor, vice-president of sales and marketing and start-up business entrepreneur.
This background gives him the life experience to realize and understand the challenges of owning, building, and managing a successful business. Although real estate is a very significant part of the success of a business, he thinks like an owner, and realizes it is not the main objective.

Doug Olson
Doug Olson is a partner and former managing director of Trinity Commercial Group. He has a passion for retail, consistently leading the market in production and landlord representation of anchored shopping centers. Doug specializes in the life cycle of shopping centers with a focus on value creation through targeted acquisition, thoughtful tenant curation, effective leasing strategies, and disposition.
Doug, now a transplanted “native”, has been visiting Naples since childhood moving here full-time back in 1994. He grew up in Southern California and noticed the growth, development, and opportunities the West Coast of Florida presented. A short time after attending the University of Arizona, he relocated to Naples permanently.

Tony Mangione
Tony Mangione is an entrepreneur with deep connections to the business community in Southwest Florida. In 2011, Tony was instrumental in launching Trinity Commercial Group. Tony became a partner in 2015 joining its founders. He shares their vision to change the way the commercial real estate business is experienced by serving clients’ needs above his own interests.
His focus is site acquisition, disposition, ground-up retail development leasing, and tenant representation. It’s been his honor to work with local, regional, and national developers/landlords and tenants. These include Xfinity/Comcast, Fifth Third Bank, Pet Supplies Plus, Truist Bank, Regions Bank, Heartland Dental, Lake Michigan Credit Union, and Wild Fork Foods.
He is originally from West Michigan and now resides in Naples, Florida with his wife and four children. Dan O’Berski
Dan O’Berski is an owner and the Broker of Record at Trinity Commercial Group. He primarily works on new market accounts and supports teams throughout TCG. In the past he has focused on Tenant Representation and development services and now works substantially on land transactions, Government and institutional relationships with a growing passion for Multifamily and especially in Affordable housing and dis-invested markets. Dan loves to engage in new opportunities and think strategically about how real estate impacts his clients and how to bring solutions to the complex nature of their business or operation.
Dan graduated in 2003 from the University of Michigan with a degree in economics and simultaneously finished his first year in real estate. He graduated, got married and moved to Florida to get started in a market he had always loved and wanted to make his permanent home. Since their move, they have had 4 natural born children, adopted their eldest son, and are a support family in foster care and Better Together.
