Chris Barney

Chris is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a keen focus on the retail and restaurant industries in Florida and a demonstrated history of success for well over a decade via skill sets such as Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Development, Acquisitions, Dispositions and more. Throughout his career he has represented dozens of national and regional brands as well as multiple well known developers and shopping center owners.

Born and raised in South Florida, Chris has had the opportunity to watch the real estate landscape evolve, grow and mature in Florida for several decades now. After graduating from Florida State University in Tallahassee in 2005, he set his eyes on the commercial real estate industry and dove in headfirst never looking back. As a standout athlete throughout his life, Chris has always instinctually desired competitive environments where commitment and teamwork are paramount to success, so his attraction to the real estate business was naturally love at first sight. Speaking of love at first sight, Chris is married to his wife Kelly and they have two amazing children, a son named Lincoln (5) and a daughter named Remi (1).

Tim Schneider

Tim Schneider, Principal at TCG, specializes in site acquisition in the Southwest Florida market for several end users and regional and national developers. Whether it is an outparcel to an anchored shopping center, main street redevelopment, or larger land tracts for mixed-use development, he has done it all.

Born and raised in Fort Myers, Tim has an excellent network of relationships to tap in to as well as firsthand knowledge of what is going on behind the scenes leading to the growth and success of this area. Doug Olson

Doug Olson is a partner and former managing director of Trinity Commercial Group.  He has a passion for retail, consistently leading the market in production and landlord representation of anchored shopping centers.  Doug specializes in the life cycle of shopping centers with a focus on value creation through targeted acquisition, thoughtful tenant curation, effective leasing strategies, and disposition.

Doug, now a transplanted “native”, has been visiting Naples since childhood moving here full-time back in 1994.  He grew up in Southern California and noticed the growth, development, and opportunities the West Coast of Florida presented. A short time after attending the University of Arizona, he relocated to Naples permanently.

He lives in Naples with his wife of twenty years and two daughters. Doug is passionate about retail real estate and enjoys traveling, eating out, and socializing with friends and family. His activities of choice include golf, tennis, pickleball, snow skiing and stand-up paddle boarding.

Tony Mangione

Tony Mangione is an entrepreneur with deep connections to the business community in Southwest Florida. In 2011, Tony was instrumental in launching Trinity Commercial Group (TCG), an elite commercial real estate brokerage firm. Tony became a partner in 2015 joining its founders, Dan O’Berski and Matt Fredrickson, sharing their vision to change the way the commercial real estate business is experienced, serving clients needs above their own interests.

Dan O’Berski

Dan O’Berski is an owner and the Broker of Record at Trinity Commercial Group.  He primarily works on new market accounts and support for teams throughout TCG.  In the past he has focused on Tenant Representation and development services and now works substantially on land transactions, Government and institutional relationships with a growing passion in Multifamily and especially in Affordable housing and dis-invested markets.  Dan loves to engage in new opportunities and think strategically about how real estate impacts his clients and how to bring solutions to the complex nature of their business or operation.

Dan graduated in 2003 from University of Michigan with a degree in economics and simultaneously finished his first year in real estate.  He graduated, got married and moved to Florida to get started in a market he had always loved and wanted to make his permanent home.  Since their move they have had 4 natural born children, adopted their eldest son and are a support family in foster care and Better Together. Dan filters all decisions and actions based on his love for Jesus and lives on mission seeking to live according to Psalms 115:1 that says, “Not unto us, O Lord,  not unto us, But to your name give Glory.”

From a early age Dan’s passions for business and opportunity has lead him to be able to participate in over 10 different starts ups, 20+ development/investment ownership positions and assist in leading company and team in what will be over a $1 Billion dollars in transaction values through 2020.  He works diligently to pour into junior brokers who want to get into the business and assist in attracting and service clients both at TCG and for the deep relationship they have through out the markets they serve.
