Dan O’Berski is an owner and the Broker of Record at Trinity Commercial Group.  He primarily works on new market accounts and supports teams throughout TCG.  In the past he has focused on Tenant Representation and development services and now works substantially on land transactions, Government and institutional relationships with a growing passion for Multifamily and especially in Affordable housing and dis-invested markets.  Dan loves to engage in new opportunities and think strategically about how real estate impacts his clients and how to bring solutions to the complex nature of their business or operation.

Dan graduated in 2003 from the University of Michigan with a degree in economics and simultaneously finished his first year in real estate.  He graduated, got married and moved to Florida to get started in a market he had always loved and wanted to make his permanent home.  Since their move, they have had 4 natural born children, adopted their eldest son, and are a support family in foster care and Better Together. Dan filters all decisions and actions based on his love for Jesus and lives on mission seeking to live according to Psalms 115:1 that says, “Not unto us, O Lord,  not unto us, But to your name give Glory.”  www.Big.life

From an early age, Dan’s passion for business and opportunity has led him to be able to participate in over 10 different starts ups, 20+ development/investment ownership positions, and assist in a leading company and team in over $1 Billion dollars in transaction values through 2020.  He works diligently to pour into junior brokers who want to get into the business and assist in attracting and servicing clients both at TCG and for the deep relationship they have throughout the markets they serve.
