Brett Rowley
Senior Advisor
Brett Rowley specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial office and industrial properties in both Broward and Palm Beach counties. In the last few years, Brett has successfully negotiated over one million square feet of leasing and sales transactions.
Previously, Brett was a Senior Director with ComReal Fort Lauderdale and with Avison Young Florida, working with the likes of ING Clarion, CW Capital, TA Associates Realty, GL Homes, SunTrust Bank, and Emerson Power. Brett’s considerable knowledge of the local markets and his best practice approach to resolving complex real estate matters make him a trusted ally of both large corporate and individual real estate owners and users. Brett is a tenacious advocate for his client’s best interests, and it shows in the results he achieves.
In December 2025, Brett supported Vertical Church, in Sunrise, FL, in securing a nine-acre property with an 80,000 SF office campus, reinforcing his commitment to delivering solutions for clients with multifaceted requirements. Brett also recently assisted Calvary Chapel, of Fort Lauderdale, with the purchase of a 13,000 SF former Walgreens on 2.9 acres in Coral Springs for their satellite campus.
Educational Background
- Brett is a South Florida native. He attended Cardinal Gibbons High School in FortLauderdale and was the recipient of tennis athletic scholarships to Tyler Junior College where he was on two National Championship teams and East Carolina University where he lettered twice.
