Emily Grandstaff

Emily Grandstaff joined the Trinity Commercial team in February 2026 as a Transaction Coordinator. Bringing a specialized background in commercial real estate marketing and database management, Emily provides the high-level organization and operational insight necessary for seamless office performance.

As Transaction Coordinator, she oversees the entire deal lifecycle, from contract to close. Her focus is on maintaining  documentation, streamlining communication between brokers and clients, and ensuring  compliance with Florida Real Estate Commission standards.

A 2025 graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Interpersonal Communication and Media, Emily leverages her academic background to foster strong professional relationships and team cohesion. Outside the office, she stays active through distance running and rock climbing, and enjoys quality time with friends and family, and usually can be found by the beach.
