- How long have you been working at TCG?
I have been working at TCG since 2017.
- What got you interested in CRE?
When you think about it, Real Estate is a critical component of every part of our lives. Everywhere we work, live, eat and play utilizes real estate in some form or another. Very few industries offer the opportunity to help create and shape the communities we live in, and of the very few that do, commercial real estate is one of the most hands-on and impactful.
- What was your first breakthrough lease/sale?
It was a 10,000 SF industrial lease. It was a great accomplishment that gave me better insight into my potential at TCG and in CRE.
- What has been your biggest individual accomplishment working in CRE?
Working strategy and long-range planning with Lee County School District.
- What lease/sale are you most proud of?
Post Office Arcade in downtown Fort Myers was my first investment sale and a property with rich historical value.
