Edwin Solis, a SWFL native, has had a passion for the real estate industry from an early age. Growing up in Lehigh Acres, he witnessed his mother build her own residential real estate portfolio and work endlessly to help her tenants, lending a hand however she could. He admired her tenacity when it came to helping others and being able to develop a relationship with those around her. He knew he wanted to follow suit. Austin Smith is a story of overcoming the odds of both success and challenges.  He was born and raised in the Dunbar community of Ft. Myers.  Driven to elevate his professional game, he was motivated to propel his future to be beyond what he had experienced in his early years.  After graduating from High School, he enlisted in the Navy. After serving his term in the Navy, he secured his A CDL license.  In 2020, he successfully obtained his Florida Real Estate Sale Associate License and joined TCG in August of 2021. 

Austin is a critical source of knowledge, experience, and execution in their team’s pursuit of consulting and strategic partnerships.  His supportive role will help him gain the knowledge and experience to eventually execute Brokerage and development projects on his own and he hopes to be able to both expand his experience and knowledge as well as eventually own some of his own real estate. 

Aimee Blitvich joined the Trinity Commercial Group Team in 2020. Since then, she has specialized in supporting the TCG broker teams with her organizational skills and interchangeable administrative responsibilities. She is integral in assisting brokers with the finalization of deals and fostering client relationships. She enjoys being on the frontline of the office meeting and greeting every fellow guest who walks through the door.

Aimee relocated from Illinois with her family in 2011.  She has been connected to the real estate sphere since 2014. Her passion is helping others stay organized so they can achieve success. Scott is an entrepreneur with a true heart for hospitality and deep roots in southwest Florida.  He is a native of Venice, Florida where he resides with his wife Elizabeth and their two sons, Miles and Carter.

Lexi Makway joined Trinity Commercial Group in mid-2021 post -graduation from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is an integral part of the marketing department and supports the brokers through research, reports, and creation. Travis Walklett joined Trinity Commercial Group in 2017 as an Advisor.  He specializes in transaction management, tenant representation and development services including acquisition and disposition for local, regional and national tenants.  Travis is part of a top producing team which includes Dan O’Berski, Partner and Jill Brunori.

Prior to joining TCG he was a practicing attorney with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.  Travis graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and received his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law. Fruitville Commons – 38 acre mixed use development with Stock Development.  Transforming development for a market that at the beginning of the project seemed green.  With dynamic and creative ownership TCG has worked to attract and create a curated and market leading draw including Multi-Family, Coopers Hawk and future development of Hotel and stores.

MD Now – Led pursuit and ongoing strategy that is culminating in a roll out in Florida of the leading urgent care provider in the state of Florida.

Lee County School District – Awarded a contract in 2018 to assist in acquisition, disposition, and strategic growth planning.  Since inception we have had the privilege to serve in a far expanded roll without expanding the expense base to the District.
