Site criteria includes vibrant retail areas and shopping centers with strong everyday traffic. Ideally, these sites are anchored by grocers, big-box users, and other retailers attracting middle to high income consumers. Chicken Salad Chick is looking for roughly 2,600-2,900 sf of space in a freestanding outparcel building, a portion of a multi-tenant outparcel building, or an end cap.
