Darren Moore joined Trinity Commercial Group in May 2017, where he focuses on retail and restaurant leasing, tenant representation, and site selection for clients across local, regional, and national markets. His dedication to the field has earned him multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards from 2020 through 2024 and the Platinum Broker Award from Crexi in 2023.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. Before pursuing his degree, he spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry, including executive chef and sous chef roles, with a focus on high-end restaurant management. He brings that extensive experience to his current work in commercial real estate.
Active in the industry, Darren is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), CREW, and the Tampa Bay Retail Alliance. He is also a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida.
Outside of work, Darren and his family reside in the Westchase neighborhood of Tampa. He’s involved in the community, volunteering with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, and United Way. His hobbies include traveling, cooking, exploring new culinary experiences, spending time on the water, watching sports, and enjoying time with family and friends.
