In this week’s edition of property spotlight, we wanted to highlight Blue Lagoon Shoppes.

Blue Lagoon Shoppes is a 32,000 SF new construction premium retail center located in Miami, Florida. The project is conveniently located at the corner of Red Rd (38,000 Vehicles per Day) and Blue Lagoon Dr directly off of the Dolphin Expressway and directly across the street from both the Lennar and Burger King Headquarters. Lennar and Burger King will have roughly 600 -700 employees each, all within walking distance of this new amenity for the area.

Not only are there headquarters hosting thousands of employees, but this area also boasts nearby office space, hotel rooms and airport traffic. According to stats, the nearby Miami International Airport welcomed 46 million passengers in 2019. And with 1,653,678 SF of Office Space and 8 hotels with 1,675 hotel rooms located only a mile within the site, there should be no problem getting an overflow of daily patrons and customers.

TCG helped the Landlord execute leases with multiple best in class national tenants including Starbucks, Chipotle, Panda Express and BankUnited, and initial openings are expected to occur within the next four weeks.
