In 2021, Pike’s last full year at Avison Young, the company’sFlorida region closed more than $2 billion in transactions and became the firm’s second-largest region by revenue.Prior to leading Avison Young’s rapid growth in Florida, Pike successfully founded and managed two other commercial real estate firms, Property Trust Realty and Rowley Group, before selling them to larger firms.
