Spencer Davis

Spencer Davis is an Advisor in TCG’s South Florida office with experience representing Tenants, Landlords, and Developers. He primarily focuses on tenant expansion and end-user acquisitions in the retail industry and combines his strong background in finance with a keen understanding of market activity to deliver creative, client-focused solutions. Spencer strives to meet every client objective from multi-market expansion rollouts to one-unit needs and has executed for numerous national and regional credit tenants since joining TCG in 2021.

Spencer grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and moved to Naples, Florida just before starting school at Gulf Coast High. He then went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University’s College of Business studying Real Estate and Finance. While in college, he also worked as an Investment Sales Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services with a focus on retail assets. Spencer has been competitive in every aspect of life from sports to business, which made joining TCG’s team in South Florida a great fit. In his spare time, Spencer enjoys traveling, watching sports, and living an active lifestyle.
