Stephanie Bovinett joined Trinity Commercial Group in August 2025 as a Transaction Coordinator, bringing with her a strong foundation in education, communication, and organizational management. With a background as a classroom teacher, she developed skills in leadership, collaboration, and the use of digital platforms to streamline processes and enhance engagement.

At TCG, Stephanie’s role as Transaction Coordinator includes managing deal flow from contract to close, ensuring accuracy in documentation, coordinating communication between clients, brokers, and third parties, and maintaining compliance with Florida Real Estate Commission requirements. She also supports her team by organizing timelines, tracking critical dates, and facilitating a seamless experience for clients.

Her transition into commercial real estate reflects her commitment to detail, efficiency, and relationship-building—qualities that align with TCG’s core values of expertise, integrity, and client-first service. Stephanie’s ability to manage complex tasks with clarity and precision allows her to play a vital role in supporting client growth and ensuring smooth, successful transactions.

During her free time Stephanie enjoys boating with her husband and two boys. If they aren’t on the boat, you can find them at the soccer field, or golf course.
