Tenant Spotlight: Health & Wealth Co.

In this edition of Tenant Spotlight, we would like to highlight a new tenant that has recently moved onto 5^th avenue: Health & Wealth Co. Darren Moore, an advisor at TCG, was the tenant rep. broker that landed Health & Wealth Co. on 5^th avenue.

Just this past Tuesday, they officially rang in their new space with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Health & Wealth provide a number of services such as IV Vitamin Therapy, Vitamin Injections and Audiology Services.  They also sell Multivitamins and other supplements.

Then comes the wealth. Health & Wealth also offer financial services including financial planning. Their strategy relies on the ideal that “People spend their health, gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health.” per their company website.
