Client Spotlight: Chicken Salad Chick

In this edition of Client Spotlight, we would like to focus on Chicken Salad Chick, a fast-casual restaurant represented by Jill Brunori, Advisor at TCG, as they continue to expand throughout Florida.

Chicken Salad Chick has more than 200 locations across 17 different states. Chicken Salad Chick takes great pride in making their chicken salad by hand each morning, using only premium chicken tenderloins, and their special combination of sweet and savory ingredients.

Jill looking forward to helping with Chicken Salad Chick’s expansion across Florida. Chicken Salad Chick is currently seeking six sites across Charlotte, Lee, and Collier counties. Site criteria includes vibrant retail areas and shopping centers with strong everyday traffic. Ideally, these sites are anchored by grocers, big-box users, and other retailers attracting middle to high income consumers. Chicken Salad Chick is looking for roughly 2,600-2,900 sf of space in a freestanding outparcel building, a portion of a multi-tenant outparcel building, or an end cap.
