Grand Opening of Bodega Taqueria y Tequila in Aventura!

Looking for a place to hang out in South Florida on Taco Tuesday? Since opening its doors in 2015, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila has been revered as one of the hottest Mexican restaurants in America!

Founded by Menin Hospitality’s Keith Menin and Jared Galbut and led by Culinary Director Bernie Matz, Bodega’s unexpected and exciting locally-inspired twists – in food, environment and experience – have led to its expansion to four sought-after locations throughout South Florida.

Following the increasing popularity of the flagship Bodega in South Beach and its second location in Fort Lauderdale, Menin Hospitality Group opened the new Bodega in the center of Aventura’s residential neighborhood, at 19129 Biscayne Boulevard.

In an interview with Ocean Drive Magazine, Jared Galbut stated that “We have such an expansive following throughout South Florida it was important to us to first make Bodega more accessible to our loyal locals. Specifically, Aventura, was one of our biggest customer bases outside of

Miami Beach and the opportunity came across in our current location that we could not pass up. The location was central to all of the businesses and residents in the area with ample amount of parking, it was the perfect spot.” Menin Hospitality Group placed importance on making this new Bodega more accessible to the Aventura locals who were one of Bodega’s biggest customer bases outside of Miami beach.

This new location will be maintaining the other location’s menus that focus on delicious, authentic Mexican food, and a bit more. You can look forward to many tacos, burritos, frozen margs, as well as some healthier options! These new additions include gluten-free tortillas, kale bowls, and cauliflower rice. This Bodega will be the brands first Taqueria-only concept. Another aspect that sets this restaurant apart is that they have recently become the first non-franchised fast-casual restaurant to accept Cryptocurrency as a payment method.
