In this week’s edition of property spotlight, we wanted to highlight two new listings: Cypress trace and Market Square.
Cypress Trace is a premium regional shopping center located in Fort Myers, Florida. With an extensive and diverse list of tenants currently in the center, a new one we wanted to highlight specifically is “Cubans Be Like”. Cubans is a new Cuban restaurant located in a corner unit at Cypress Trace. With a wide arrangement of Cuban classics, it is an exciting new addition to the center. There are currently two spaces available from TCG in the plaza, one for 36,556 SF and one for 1,246 SF.
Market Square is a premium regional shopping center located in Fort Myers, Florida. Located in the middle of over 1.5 Million Sq Ft. of retail development, it is a blossoming space for 2nd gen restaurants. Anchored by Super Target, American Signature Furniture, DSW, Michaels and World Market, it is an exciting prospect for any retail or restaurant owners. There are currently two spaces available from TCG in the center, one for 6,300 SF and one for 5,715 SF.
