Here at TCG we are celebrating ten years as an industry-leading boutique commercial real estate firm

Trinity Commercial Group was established in Southwest Florida in 2011 with a vision to change the way commercial real estate business is experienced. In 2017, TCG expanded into Southeast Florida by opening a second office location. Currently, TCG continues to assess opportunities in new markets and is rapidly moving up the coast through Sarasota and Tampa. TCG’s success as a company is a moment of pride, but the success of the individuals who make TCG what it is today is what we value the most.

At TCG, we strive to build long-lasting relationships marked with trust, loyalty, and a driving work ethic. Meeting our client’s objectives and securing their satisfaction is our number one priority. Since our inception, we nurture a culture based on honesty, integrity, questioning, transparency, and execution. Over the past decade we have completed over 1,400 deals and more than 219 of those closed deals were properties sold in 2021! Along with that growth, TCG has over 3,000,000 SF in gross leasable area in 2021. Through the years we have grown from two founding partners to over 30 team members in two Florida offices and we are still growing! We look forward to continuing and creating new relationships.
