Tim Schnieder and his team, Tony Mangione & Ty Hensley, represented the tenant and Jim Doane & Mark Edwards of Welsh Companies FL Inc represented the landlord.

Ana Donohue Interiors Naples LLC leased 1,796± SF of retail space at 294 14th Ave S, Naples. JohnIV and his team, Doug Olson, Darren Moore, & Aimee Blitvich, represented the tenant and Tara Stokes with Investment Properties Corp. represented the landlord.
