Tenant Spotlight: T42

In this edition of Tenant Spotlight, we would like to highlight a new tenant that has recently decided to move down to SWFL: T42. Taking over for TGI Friday’s in Coconut Point, T42 is a Chicago based restaurant that specializes in Tapas and Wine. After Covid, Fridays decided not to open back up, so TCG found an excellent and well qualified tenant in Anthony Quattrochi, from Chicago. With multiple years in the restaurant business, he was ready to make the move to the SWFL area. With menus consisting of Italian, seafood and American bistro style small plate foods, T42 is an exciting concept to be added to the Coconut Point Restaurants. Along with food, T42 also offers a Wine Club with monthly subscriptions, allowing members to receive a “wine of the month” along with other attractive member benefits. To learn more about T42 you can visit them at their website at https://www.t42toastandtapas.com/.
