The Studio at the Collective is available for lease! The Studio features a state-of-the-art self-guided space. The studios range in size from 73 square feet to 352 square feet and function as twenty-six (26) mini showrooms, creating the perfect option for interior design, construction, and service-related vendors to showcase their design-oriented brand and products. Each studio vignette is fully amenitized with access to the Studio manager who handles the administrative responsibilities and coordinates scheduling, a large conference room for tenants to meet with their clients and copy and refreshment centers.
The Studio, available to both the trade and the consumer, redefines and streamlines the design experience. The Collective is a new concept center built in 2020 located in Downtown Naples, Florida. The site is located within close proximity to 5th Avenue in the heart of the Naples Design District.
