This report also noted that rent in Tampa had a 24% year-over-year increase meanwhile the national average for rent has gone up 12.1%.
Tampa is not only growing in residents but also businesses. Tampa was listed amongst the best cities to start a business in according to a study done by WalletHub. This can be accredited to the fact that Tampa has the 19th best business cost and the 24th best access to resources out of 100 cities across the nation.
