Naples Ranks 7th On ‘Best Places To Live’ National List

According to the U.S. News and World Report of the “150 Best Places to Live in 2021-2022”, Naples has ranked 7th. Sarasota and Melbourne were also included on this list, with Sarasota clocking in at 9 and Melbourne at 18. Affordability, job prospects and desirability all factored into rating each city on the list. According to U.S. News and World, Naples placed so high based on its beach life, massive amount of golf courses and its fine dining and shopping options. The list also was ranked off home value, which Naples ranked low on, due to using a comparable of housing costs to median household incomes. U.S News and World also ranked Naples as the #1 place to live in Florida and the #4 best place to retire in the U.S., with Fort Myers coming in at #2 on the retire list. Sarasota also received the highest marks as #1 on the “Best Places to Retire” List.
