In this edition of spotlight, we would like to highlight Method & Concept at the Collective and Honor Yoga at 1111 Central.

Method & Concept is an innovative contemporary art gallery. They are self-described as “an open platform for the cultural exchange of ideas across all mediums…”, which is expressed through the various art pieces they produce. They also have a list of fully integrated design services including interior design, space planning, 3D rendering & AutoCAD, furniture design, Custom millwork, decorative light design, custom soft goods, art consultation and exhibition & event design. They even have new plans to showcase a sculpture garden, a project that will be sure to excite local residents.

Honor yoga is an eco-friendly and beginner-friendly yoga studio. Honor offers a variety of classes that specifically caters to Yogi’s individual lifestyle and schedule. With classes including gentle, roots, calm and strong, slow flow, power flow, aerial, yogabarre and meditation, there is no shortage of ways to learn and practice.
