Clint Betlock

Clint joined Trinity Commercial Group in April 2023, where he launched TCG’s fourth Florida office in Jacksonville. Clint brings nearly two decades of corporate commercial real estate experience spanning market strategy and expansion, site selection, lease negotiation, design and construction oversight, asset management, and real estate accounting and finance. His background, combined with a strong professional network across the Southeast, provides a natural foundation for leading tenant representation efforts throughout North Florida.

Originally from South Carolina, Clint moved to Jacksonville in 1997 while serving at Mayport Naval Station until 2001. After earning his degree from the University of North Florida, he began his real estate career in 2005 with Regency Centers in a real estate accounting role, spending eight years immersed in grocery-anchored retail. Over the last decade, Clint has led real estate strategy for regional grocers including Southeastern Grocers (Winn-Dixie) and Earth Fare. Most recently, he oversaw Florida expansion for HCA as Vice President of Real Estate for MD Now Urgent Care—Florida’s largest and fastest-growing urgent care provider—and now serves as HCA’s master broker for urgent care statewide.

Clint lives in Jacksonville with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, riding motorcycles, and traveling.
