Ave Maria Breaks 400 New Home Sales for 2021
In a flourishing year for the master-planned community of Ave Maria, they have now surpassed 400 new home sales for the year of 2021. As discussed in a previous TCG Pulse article, Ave Maria has been one of the top Master Planned communities in all of Florida and was predicted to have a record-high year. From 2019 to 2020, Ave Maria had a 95% sales increase in new homes. A recent report by RCLCO also showed that Ave Maria experienced one of the highest year-over-year growth rates in new home sales in not only Florida, but the whole country. New home buyers are attracted to the community for the convenience of its location, the strong sense of community, amenities and also expected restaurant and retail development.
