Gianna Grigaliunas

Gianna Grigaliunas began her journey with TCG as an intern in September 2024 and is now transitioning into a Junior Broker role. In this position, she supports senior brokers by assisting with deal tracking, lead generation, and transaction coordination, while actively developing her skills in market research and client relations. Her proactive mindset and organizational strengths make her an integral part of the team. Gianna graduated summa cum laude —the highest GPA‑based distinction— in May 2025 from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) with a B.S. in Business Management. Her academic focus equips her with a strategic and operational understanding that enhances her contributions in the commercial real estate field.

Gianna is passionate about pursuing a long-term career in real estate and is excited about the opportunities for growth within the industry. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, playing volleyball, and spending time with her friends and family.
