Tony Mangione

Tony Mangione is an entrepreneur with deep connections to the business community in Southwest Florida. In 2011, Tony was instrumental in launching Trinity Commercial Group. Tony became a partner in 2015 joining its founders. He shares their vision to change the way the commercial real estate business is experienced by serving clients’ needs above his own interests.
His focus is site acquisition, disposition, ground-up retail development leasing, and tenant representation. It’s been his honor to work with local, regional, and national developers/landlords and tenants. These include Xfinity/Comcast, Fifth Third Bank, Pet Supplies Plus, Truist Bank, Regions Bank, Heartland Dental, Lake Michigan Credit Union, and Wild Fork Foods.
He is originally from West Michigan and now resides in Naples, Florida with his wife and four children. When not working, Tony enjoys spending time with his family outdoors at the beach, pool, and park as well as playing basketball. He is involved in the local church, international mission organizations, foster care, adoption, and supporting other charities and nonprofit organizations.

- Assumed leasing responsibilities for Stock Plaza in Naples with more than 50% vacancy and within 24 months increased occupancy to 98% in part due to an e-commerce resistant lineup comprised of service, medical, and restaurant tenants including NCH Healthcare, Naples Oxygen, Tropical Smoothie Café, Sherwin Williams, Heartland Dental, Five Guys, California Closets, Massage Luxe, AT&T, and more
- Participated in over 250 transactions in the past 5 years with a gross value of more than $250 million
- Facilitated Lake Michigan Credit Union’s expansion to Florida through surplus branch acquisitions

- Represented multiple owners throughout The Forum, a mixed-use development in Fort Myers, selling land for Champion Development to Incore Residential, The Garrett Companies and Davis Development who constructed nearly 1,000 apartments, selling/leasing for Creighton Commercial to develop for Starbucks, Moe’s, and McAlister’s Deli, and ground leasing for Daszkal Corporate Real Estate to Dunkin’ Donuts and Valvoline
- Represented Stock Development at Fruitville Commons, a mixed-use project in Sarasota, that is fully leased/sold. Notable deals included Clive Daniel, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, MD Now Urgent Care, Twin Peaks, Dunkin’ Donuts, and The Lock Up Self Storage Group
- Integral part of the leasing team for Creighton Commercial to develop and redevelop multiple projects transforming the retail landscape of Southwest Florida. These projects included executing deals with notable regional and national tenants such as West Marine, Lucky’s Market, Pet Supermarket, Bank United, Culver’s, Burger King, Five Guys, Pollo Tropical, Buffalo Wild Wings, McAlister’s Deli, Metro Diner, Chipotle, Tijuana Flats, Moe’s, Jimmy John’s, Wawa, 7-Eleven, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Xfinity/Comcast, Sleep Number, Mattress Firm, Mattress One, Med Express, MD Now Urgent Care, and Aspen Dental
